Women’s ethnic wear label Soch has recorded revenue exceeding ₹500 crore in FY26, supported by sustained expansion across its physical retail network and online business.
The company stated that it is among the limited number of bootstrapped brands in the ethnic wear segment to reach this scale of revenue growth.
Brick and mortar retail continues to remain the brand’s largest growth driver. In recent years, Soch has concentrated on refining its store portfolio by reinforcing strong performing locations while gradually moving away from underperforming outlets.
Soch has expanded its retail footprint to over 175 stores spanning more than 70 cities across India, Canada and Malaysia. Alongside network expansion, the company is working towards increasing same store performance through stronger customer conversions and higher average transaction values.
Soch said its omnichannel initiatives have helped strengthen customer experience through digital integrations in stores, including assisted shopping tools and access to extended online assortments.
Digital commerce played a significant role in Soch’s growth during FY26, with online revenue increasing 65% year on year to ₹88 crore and accounting for 18% of the company’s total revenue.
Over the past five years, the brand’s e-commerce business has expanded at a compound annual growth rate of 56%. The company expects the segment to maintain strong momentum, projecting annual growth of nearly 40% over the next four years.
The company said it plans to expand further through channels such as large-format stores, multi-brand outlets and international markets, while also focusing on product extensions and operational efficiencies.
Vinay Chatlani, CEO and Co-Founder, said, “This milestone reflects the strength of our brand, the consistency of our execution, and our commitment to building a sustainable business. We have scaled thoughtfully—balancing offline expansion with strong digital growth—while remaining EBITDA positive. The next phase of growth will be driven by deeper Omni channel integration, expansion into new trade channels, and continued investment in product innovation and technology.”
Soch added that it continues to invest in technology-led capabilities including AI-driven demand forecasting, automation and analytics to improve operational efficiency and decision-making.
