Royal Orchid & Regenta Hotels is advancing its expansion into India’s fast-growing religious tourism segment with the signing of a management contract for Regenta Z – Vrindavan, Mathura. The upcoming property will strengthen the group’s portfolio while addressing the increasing demand for branded hospitality in one of the country’s most revered destinations.
The Greenfield project is slated for handover in April 2027 and will operate under the contemporary Regenta Z brand, designed to deliver efficient, high-quality hospitality in a boutique format.

The property is owned by Sachin Aggarwal, with whom the group has finalized the Head of Agreement (HOA). The project aligns with the company’s strategy to capture the year-round demand in Vrindavan’s religious tourism market through a management contract structure, ensuring asset-light expansion.
