Lemon Tree Hotels has added two new properties to its pipeline with the signing of Lemon Tree Premier, Raipur and Lemon Tree Hotel, Jalandhar.
Both hotels will be operated by Carnation Hotels Private Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of the group. The additions underline the company’s ongoing expansion across Central and North India, aimed at meeting growing demand from business and leisure travellers in emerging urban centres.
Lemon Tree Premier, Raipur will feature 78 rooms designed with a contemporary aesthetic. The property will include a restaurant, banquet and conference facilities, along with a swimming pool, spa, and fitness centre. It is located approximately 7 km from Swami Vivekananda Airport and 9 km from Raipur Railway Station.
Lemon Tree Hotel, Jalandhar will offer 60 rooms, supported by a restaurant, banquet and conference spaces, and amenities such as a swimming pool, spa, and fitness centre. The hotel is situated around 25 km from Adampur Airport and 2 km from Jalandhar Cantt Railway Station.
