Lemon Tree Hotels Limited has announced the signing of a new hotel in Gaya, Bihar, marking another step in the company’s strategic expansion across India. The upcoming property, Lemon Tree Hotel, Gaya, will be managed by Carnation Hotels Private Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Lemon Tree Hotels.
The new hotel will offer 56 well-appointed rooms along with a range of facilities including restaurants, banquet space, meeting room, swimming pool, fitness centre, and spa. Designed to cater to both business and leisure travelers, the hotel is conveniently located—just 14 km from Bodhgaya Airport and 6 km from Gaya Railway Station—with easy access via public and private transportation.
Commenting on the development, Kapil Sharma, Executive Vice President - Finance & CFO, Lemon Tree Hotels, said, "With this signing, we further enhance and strengthen our footprint in Bihar, where we already operate one hotel and have another in the pipeline. This is in line with our broader strategy to expand our presence across the country and offer guests comfortable and convenient hospitality options."
The new property is expected to contribute to the region’s growing tourism and hospitality infrastructure, particularly given Gaya’s significance as a spiritual and cultural destination.
