Brandman Retail, a distributor and retailer of premium athleisure and lifestyle brands, has been listed on the National Stock Exchange of India at a valuation of ₹324.85 crore.
The company, which launched its IPO at ₹176 per share, debuted at ₹211.80 on Friday, registering a 4.98 per cent gain on listing.
Having raised ₹86 crore through the public issue, Brandman Retail said it will deploy the proceeds towards store expansion, working capital requirements, and general corporate purposes.
Presently, the company operates 21 stores across India, comprising a mix of Exclusive Brand Outlets (EBOs) and Multi-Brand Outlets (MBOs).
As part of its next phase of growth, Brandman Retail plans to open 15 new stores funded through the IPO proceeds. This expansion will mark the first step in a larger strategy to build a nationwide network of over 50 stores.
