Proposals in this regard were cleared at a Cabinet meeting chaired by Rajasthan Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot.
The Cabinet approved allotment of unoccupied government land to eligible co-operative society free of cost by amending the Rajasthan Land Revenue (Allotment and Conversion of Lands for the Construction of Seed Godowns) Rules, 1965. It is aimed at strengthening the co-operative movement.
Several other proposals, including registration of Transport Hub Development and Management Society for setting up a proposed 'Transport Hub' in Railmagara (Rajasamand) were approved.
