Integrated Association of Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises of India known as IamSMEofIndia in association with Central Bank of India, has conducted a ‘’Women Entrepreneur Summit’’ at India Habitat Centre recently where in aspiring Women entrepreneurs’ have discussed the growing opportunities to make it an individual enterprise from cooperative and household oriented business units.
Integrated Association of Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises of India known as IamSMEofIndia in association with Central Bank of India, has conducted a ‘’Women Entrepreneur Summit’’ at India Habitat Centre recently where in aspiring Women entrepreneurs’ have discussed the growing opportunities to make it an individual enterprise from cooperative and household oriented business units.
The summit was moderated by Mr. Rajive Chawla, Chairman, IamSMEofIndia and addressed by eminent dignitaries from Govt of India and renowned associations like Dr HP Kumar, Chairman and Managing Director, NSIC, Mr. OP Rawat , Secretary, Pubic Sector Enterprises, GOI,Ms. Rashmi Singh, CEO, Rastriya Mahila Kosh, Mr. B. Mondal Chief General Manager, Central Bank of India (CBI), and Ms. Shashi Singh, Chairperson, Consortium of Woman Entrepreneurs of India(CWEI).
Additionally to strengthen the growth of Women Entrepreneurs and enhance financial support, a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) has been signed between Central Bank Of India and CWEI in the presence of IamSMEofIndia.
As per the agreement, CWEI will be engaged in promoting growth and development of women owned Enterprises and providing business support to women entrepreneurs. Whereas Central Bank of India is extending financial support to eligible borrowers including women owned SME’s and woman entrepreneurs.
On this occasion, Mr. Rajive Chawla, chairman, IamSMEofIndia said, “ IamSMEofIndia has always promoted women entrepreunership .We have Women Entrepreunership Chapters in Indore, Chennai ,Jaipur, Howrah, Delhi NCR and we are expanding further.”
