The small and medium enterprises (SME) will get funds from the Asian Development Bank (ADB). The Exim bank said that it was close to raising USD 100 million from the bank.

The Chairman and managing director T C A Ranganathan said that they are in the final lap to raise USD 100 million dollars for small and medium state enterprises.
The bank is intended to extend loans through the development of clusters in different sectors.
The foreign trade development bank is said to raise 150 million EUROS from the European investment bank to promote green energy and projects that reduce greenhouse gas emissions.
A 200 million USD was raised through five year bonds from the euro dollar market.
