Zipsy India is an Automotive Business Consultant which deals in outsourcing business of Vehicle Loans, General Insurance & Corporate Liasoning, since 2005, but separately established a Syndicate, registered at 2011 named "Sai Associates".
We are looking for channel partner/ dealer for our new project "Zipsy India" based on "Zippsy ", in which we would renovate old petrol ZIPPSY to diesel version & resale them, without setting up any garage. All these vehicles would be arranged from Government Bodies & PSUs that would be managed by us.
In this Business model, we would setup a partnership entity with our franchise, in which the franchise / (Investor) profit sharing 70%: our 30% as partner rights. In this business, all ZIPSIES would supply by us. The franchise would have to line up with a garage on contract per case basis for regular business, a car accessories shop, a RTO legal adviser/broker & a scrap vendor for used diesel engine for our ZIPSIES.
