Term and condition

Model 1*.

Franchisee invests & Company(Louis Unisex Salon team) run the operations, Louis unisex salon will take care of all the operational expenses like All Expenses Rent, Salary, Electricity, Telecom, Maintenance, Salon Consumption, etc. and will pay 20% of net profit to the franchisee and company will pay minimum guarantee of 1.5% of total franchise investment Amount per month.

Agreement period 5 years only

The company will pay Rs. 135000/- Per Month as Minimum Guarantee

The company will pay 20% as Margin to the franchise on total monthly Net profit.

Franchise Investment Cost Amount is 50% (Rs. 37,50,000/-) Refundable If in any case, the company will back out under any circumstances.

Model 2*.

Franchisee invests & Franchisee runs the operations. Franchisee will take care of all the operational expenses like Rent, Salary, Electricity, Telecom, Maintenance, Salon Consumption, etc. and will pay 10% of revenue or Rs.100000/- Fix Royalty Per Month, Whichever is Higher to the Company  (Which would be approx. 33% of Profits). The monthly fee paid by franchisee would be far less than the business generated by franchisee by of brand name, systems & process, support etc.

Franchise Fee 10 Lac

Agreement period 5 years only

The franchise will pay 10% of revenue or Rs.100000/- Fix Royalty Per Month, Whichever is Higher to the Company as Brand License Fee after 6 months to the company

To begin your career as a Zara Salon partner, you need an initial minimum investment of Rs. 75 Lac to 1 crore and a property of 1500sq. ft to 2000sq.ft ft onwards.
