‘Yakhni Biryani’ is the marriage of our traditional Calcutta style biryani and the delicious gravies of northern Indian cuisines. We serve kacchi biryani, a biryani in which the meat, rice, and spices are slow cooked together alongside a curry bursting with flavours inspired by north Indian cuisines.
