VICOM has now added Fleet tracking Video management & Security solution in its portfolio. 

India has the 2nd (only after USA) longest road network in the world. Present govt has a special focus for road construction. NHAI has a mandate of adding 40Km road length per day in next 5 yrs. 

As on today, 65% of the goods transportation takes place through road. Most important aspect of road transport is safe & timely delivery of goods at the destination. As a result Video-tracking of vehicle is of enormous important. Every day there are 1100 road accident and 600 people die out of it. 

Latest fleet tracking is video based. Camera & GPS tag, fitted in the truck gives tracking & visual information of Driver Behaviour, Loading & Unloading details and continuous tracking information, while the vehicle is in move. 

Indian customers have started asking for this next level tracking system for better value. 

VICOM wants to be an important player and would like to appoint State-Wise Franchise partner for business development through Heavy Automotive Logistics Dealers network in their respective state 

Person/Company should be having the following basic quality: 

  1. Through knowledge about automotive & logistics sector. 
  1. Good Contact among fleet operator & heavy truck dealer. 
  1. Good communication skill with attitude to take up new assignment with new technology.

Franchise Channel Partner (FCP) to build & develop the business through network of Heavy duty Automotive Fleet logistics Dealers (AD) who are engaged in business of selling & service of Trucks, Trailers, Containers, Tankers etc. in their respective city/ state… whereas there is a reasonable potential of earning of Rs 5 Lac per month.

Business Plan 

Franchise Channel Parter (FCP) to build & develop the business through network of Heavy-duty Automotive Fleet Logistics Dealers (AD) who are engaged in business of selling & service of Trucks, Trailors, Containers, Tankers etc. in their respective state. 

Franchise Channel Parter (FCP) should be able to appoint 25 nos. of Heavy-duty Automotive dealer (AD) within 4 months from the date of signing of the agreement.

Monthly margin revenue: 4500/- X 100: Rs. 4,50,000/- (Rs Four Lac Fifty Thousand) per month 

Monthly share of Service charges: Rs 200 x 100: Rs 20,000/- (Rs. Twenty Thousand Only)
