TruGym is an innovative gym operator from the UK. We currently operate in 12 sites across England. The brand was launched in 2009, bringing a premium gym offering at an affordable price to a market that had seen stagnation and unjustified price rises.
We brought a fresh face to fitness and have grown from strength to strength since. This is achieved with a 5 day a week combination of high intensity interval training and specific resistance based training, together with a tailored nutrition plan. To assist you, we've made video content available to show you how to perform each exercise correctly, and achieve the best results.
