The Keema is a brain child of Mr. Anil Gujar & Mr. Bhushan Kulkarni who has extensive work experience in F&B industry along with different service sector. The Keema is being operated under the legal entity of Fortune Gourmet Kitchens LLP.
The Keema (derived from ancient Turkish word – qiyma) offers a variety of dishes like Chicken Keema, Mutton Keema, Fish Keema, Crab Keema, Paneer Keema, Mushroom Keema, Mixveg Keema accompanied with Pav, Paratha & Rice. Other offerings are Keema Pockets, Keema Burgers, Keema Wraps, Keema Parathas, Fries, Smoothies & Beverages. We also plan to add new products in our menu.
The Keema plans to expand Pan-India through franchise model. The franchise model is also designed in a way so that maximum output can be achieved by minimum input. The USP of this model is that it operates through a fireless kitchen with ZERO wastage and does not require any chef at the outlet.
