What is the franchisee model of Techstore?
We operate on a service-first, sales-follows model. We will open a world-class service center in your city with the most advanced set of tools & skilled manpower to handle any service. You are not required to maintain high-value stocks of laptops & desktops in your unit as there will not be any display area for the same. If the customer wants to buy a new laptop or desktop, she has to place an order for the same.
The product will be delivered to your unit the next business day. The customer will be informed to collect the product from your unit. You will follow the SOP for delivering new products so that customers have a uniform buying experience across all our stores. You have to provide services for one year to every such customer for which you will be remunerated. There will be day-to-day walk-ins by customers for repairs on their laptops/Desktop which will be out of warranty or not purchased from us. Such customers will pay and get the services done which will be your major revenue stream & also help build a strong customer base.
