Simply Punjab promoted by S.M. Shishir, B.E.,and S.M. Spurthi, CA, who are food enthusiasts. The partners though come from different educational backgrounds, unconnected to food, developed a passion for food.
The partners having lived or extensively travelled various parts of South India like Bengaluru-Karnataka, Kadapa- Rayalaseema, Chennai- Tamil Nadu developed a special liking to the native dishes. The recipes in Infinity Kitchen are inspired by the various culinary techniques and specialties of these places.
While S.M. Shishir has experience of over a decade, operating food courts in various medical and engineering colleges across Andhra Pradesh, S.M.Spurthi joined him a year ago.

In Simply Punjab, we serve authentic Punjabi food made by chefs specially brought in from Uttarakand.
Dal makhni and Paneer Butter Masala, Amritsari kulcha are the major specialities of Simply Punjab. The ingredients used are of top-notch quality to give the curries their moderately spicy flavour. Dairy Products like milk, cheese and cream are used liberally to give the food its rich and creamy textures.
