Shikshit bharat is a dream envisaged by late Shri. Mahatma Gandhi. Government has taken many initiatives including “Right to Education” for the brighter future.

The current demand of corporate sector is bigger than that of mere academic qualification due to global economic scenarios in which we operate.

PMS is a reputed name in the corporate sector and has taken an initiative to identify and reward the talent in the country through “Graduation Reward Program”. This program will reach the ground level through the existing schools/Direct sales team/Management trainees who are really concerned for education of students.

PMS group is a renowned name in the corporate sector and associated team has worked extensively with the organizations from different sectors. The current demand of talent is bigger than that of what is available today. The reach of corporate is limited due to several factors and there is a need to evolve a mechanism where the talent is identified much before what is needed today. 

After guided by a highly experience advisory board comprising of top names in the Industry with decades of experience, PMS group has taken the initiative to search for talent at national level. This initiative is under its group company "Shikshit Bharat”. 

AT Shikshit Bharat, we exist for two purposes. 

Promote Higher Education and create a talent pool for corporate through Graduation Reward Program (GRP) Examination Pattern

• GRP Examination will be conducted for students who would be pursuing 11th / 12th standard from academic session 2019-20.
• Students who had scored more than 70% in class X are only eligible to appear in this examination.
• GRP is conducted in Offline mode (Pen and Paper Based Examination).
• The first GRP examination will be held on second Sunday of June.
• GRP exam is an objective type test. There are 50 questions each from General Knowledge and logical reasoning, which takes it to a total of 100 questions to be attempted within a span of 2 hours.

Registration and Examination fees

• Registration fee/brochure/prospectus fee* of INR 500 (Five hundred only) needs to be paid via DD/NEFT/ cheque in favor of "Shikshit Bharat" only.
• Exam Fees*: Rs 5000/- (Five Thousand  only) (For each candidate).  

Standard Pricing

• Registration fee/brochure/prospectus fee* of INR 700 (Seven hundred only) needs to be paid via net banking/credit/debit card in favor of "Shikshit Bharat" only.
• Exam Fees*: Rs 7000/- (Seven Thousand only) (For each candidate).  

Franchisee Role

• The role of the franchisee is to enroll the students in the assigned territory. The same will be done through the sales team appointed by each franchisee.
• Each franchisee will be managed by a Franchisee Manager/Business Development Manager who will assist in getting the desired results.
• Initial 6 months will be a cooling period for franchisee to learn the business, During this period, the loss will be ours and profit will be yours.
• As the total investment is between 2.5 to 3.5 lacs and franchisee get the right of first refusal in case of business expansion. so the Risk of effort and return both are protected.
• We are inviting applications for Delhi, Punjab and Haryana only. To ensure only serious applicants, every application must come with the cheque of 25,000 and the cheque will be banked only post meeting if both the parties express the intent to enter into agreement, failing which the cheque will be returned back as it is.
