Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel students about overseas education options (courses, universities, countries).
• Guide on admission requirements, application procedures, and deadlines.
• Assist in preparing Statement of Purpose (SOP), Letters of Recommendation (LOR), and other required documents.
• Provide visa guidance and help with visa application submission.
• Keep updated on university partnerships and admission policies.
• Conduct seminars, webinars, or participate in education fairs.
• Handle queries related to tuition fees, living expenses, scholarships, and accommodation.
• Maintain student records and follow up on leads.
• Guide students on post-arrival services (airport pickup, accommodation, etc.).
• Build and maintain relationships with foreign universities and embassies.

Required Skills:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of international education systems (USA, UK, Canada, Australia, Europe).
• Counseling skills and the ability to handle students/parents.
• Organizing and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (optional).
• Experience in visa processing (optional but valuable).

Typical Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (any stream).
• Preferably experience in counseling or sales (1-2 years).
• Knowledge of study destinations and education policies.
