Nature of Business:

The business of the Firm shall be of providing “Stock Market Research Advisory/ Ideas” under “SEBI” compliance through “Subscriptions Fee” to the prospective clients as per their financial goals & risk appetite (post informing them about the risk involved in such financial securities).

Franchise Proposal:

We are offering Franchise Model out of our already successful business to professional Entrepreneurs/ Individuals/ Corporates/ Financial Advisors/ Stock Brokers/ Bankers, etc. having experience in Financial Market.

Duties & Responsibilities of Franchise:

• Revenue Generation via acquiring subscribers based on Investment research ideas provided by “REAL STOCK IDEAS”.
• The franchise should offer our Subscription plans to their existing clients or could perform various marketing activities to acquire prospective clients as per their capacity.
• The franchise as per their capacity could have a basic office set-up, hire a sufficient team and supervise them & mutually fulfill all the compliance required of SEBI (Investment  Advisers) Regulations while dealing with prospective & existing clients.
• “REAL STOCK IDEAS” will provide product training to the staff of the Franchise.
• Manage the day-to-day tasks of the Franchise & act in the best interest required for the growth of the Franchise and the firm “REAL STOCK IDEAS”.
• Reporting & regular transparent communication with the “License Holder/ REAL STOCK IDEAS” in respect to business activities.
• Monitoring that “No” activity by Franchise and its team members should be against “SEBI” guidelines. In case of any such activities, it should be informed to the “License Holder” of the firm “REAL STOCK IDEAS” at the earliest via mail & WhatsApp along with telephonic records & adequate steps should be taken to rectify it at the earliest.
• The franchise will maintain all KYC-related documents and follow up with the subscriber's on-boarding activities, activation, renewals, etc with the help of the Firm.
• The Franchise must adhere/follow and educate the clients/prospects the clauses mentioned in “Disclosure”, “Terms & Conditions”, and “Standard Dos & Don’ts” section of the “website” of the firm “Real Stock Ideas”.
• All “Stock Market Research Advisory/ Ideas” will be provided to the subscribers directly by the “License Holder/ REAL STOCK IDEAS” via SMS/ WhatsApp/ Mobile App as it may deem fit by the Firm.

Revenue Sharing:

• Revenue Sharing (Ratio 25:75) (i.e. 75% to Franchise) & (25% to License Holder/ Proprietor of Real Stock Ideas).
• Franchise revenue share will be disbursed on or before the 5^th of every month.
• A refundable Franchise deposit Payment of Rs. 200,000- (Rupees Two Lakh Only) favouring “REAL STOCK IDEAS”, towards the right to use the Firm’s Brand, Product, and intellectual property. (Flexible Deposit facility available).
