“The key to success is to start before you are ready” was the statement that pushed us to start Patlachi Ketli in the past. We were not ready but our minds were. The idea was to start and keep going till our conditions and business thrived. The first branch of Patlachi Ketli opened on at Ram Cooler Square, Mahal in January 2021 and the response we received was beyond heart-warming. The fact that people of all age groups bonded over at our outlet with a steaming cup of tea is in itself a special feeling. Today, Patlachi Ketli has over 3 branches across Nagpur at Mahal, Manewada, Pardi, Dighori and Kamptee area in Nagpur and serves more than 10,000 cups of tea daily.
Patlachi Ketli is like a “Katta” to the people where they meet friends, new people, strike conversations, and have a whole lot more fun over hot steaming cups of tea. Our lives as well as our business revolve around our customers and being a part of their lives is what makes us truly glad and grateful! One of our ulterior motives behind starting this venture was to ensure support to the local vendors as well as motivate the youth to start their own independent businesses. The journey from starting a single shop to spreading our branches in different cities and states has been overwhelming.
