This team of consultants from the field of Nutrition, Food Technology and an Ayurveda helped Mrs. Vidya Joshi to set up of a venture named “Millets Treat Health Food (MTHF)”. Motto of this venture is “Benefits of tradition, Goodness of nutrition!

MTHF is not intending to replace or change the diet but making best efforts to reintroduce the millets in many acceptable forms apart from traditional “Roti / bhakri / papad” in breakfast / lunch / hi tea/dinner.

Millets treat Health Foods is epitomised by the idea of giving gluten free as well as low GI food choices to all age groups. Considering a scientific view that along with other factors gluten is contributing to obesity through gluten sensitivity and also effects on the absorption and metabolism of micro nutrients which give rise to food carving. So, Millets Treat Health Foods will provide a healthy option to all such populations. MTHF want to offer health with taste and guilt free consumption of favorite food items through our food products for all age groups.

The brand "NutriMillets®" is built with a range of ready to eat and ready to cook products. These products are launched in November -2020.

·    Ready to Cook - Idli, Dahiwada, Dhokla, Uttapam, Appam, and Thalipeeth Mix – a famous Maharashtrian dish.

·    Ready to Eat - Flakes  Chiwda, Puff Chivda, Sweetened Flakes, Multi millet laddu, millet-n-nuts bar, cookies, shev, jowar pop flour

Now they are developing noodles and pasta.
