SK Tuli Group Ltd. (SKTGL) is a holding company of which there are many brands functioning in different fields. Continuing the legacy of our parental firm M/S Amar Nath & Sons, which is a plastic trading company in Old Delhi started in the year 1947 and registered as a partnership firm in the year 1951. The company was one of the very few to be registered soon after Independent India.
SKTGL was formed in the year 2018. Promoters of the Company have experience in different field of retail and sales marketing, Information Technology, medical, banking, food technology, and trading. The company is registered under Companies Act 2013.
Currently, SKTGL is been run by the 4th generation of Late Lala Amar Nath Ji Tuli. Both great-grandsons of Late Lala Amar Nath Ji Tuli – Mr. Vinay Tuli & Mr. Ajay Tuli under the guidance and vision – mission of their forefathers and their father Shri SK Tuli are determine to write another success era utilizing the deep root business experience.
