Franchise Model:

Our franchise models are segregated into two segments.

1] Franchise Owned Franchise Operated:

In the FOFO model, the company basically rents out the brand to the franchise for a particular non-refundable sum and for a pre-agreed period. Prices and merchandise are decided by the company. But, this model franchise is the owner of the store, so all the operational cost has to be borne by the franchise itself. The Franchise has to provide an assured minimum guarantee or percentage share of revenue to the company.

So in the FOFO model, we will provide you with the layout design after space is decided. The staff you assign will have to be trained at our outlet. Cleaning products will be provided as per the requirement as we make our own products and have to maintain quality as per the brand. All products are to be purchased by the company, using products which are not provided by the company will lead to termination of the contract. 

2] Franchise Invested Company Operated:

In this model, the franchisee does not involve itself in business operations at all. Only an agreed fixed amount is paid to the Franchisee by the company for the investment done by franchisee in the business. In this model, there can be multiple franchise investors for a single business unit and the Company runs the business operations with end to end control of the supply chain.

In the FICO model, from finding the location for setup to handling day to day business, everything will be taken care of by us. The investment will be the only thing the franchisee has access to, after which the company handles everything and a particular decided percentage of the amount will be handed over to the franchisee. This model is apt for those who would like to invest in a brand and not worry about the work from day 1 with complete transparency in day to day business.
