Investment Details:

·         Initial Deposit / Franchise Fee – NIL

·         Store Setup Cost – Rs 4.5L (Approx)

o   Store Layout, Branding and Design as per the Medall specifications

o   Setup cost includes Interiors & Build Out, Front glass door, Reception Desk, Phlebotomy Chair, Centrifuge, Refrigerator, IT systems & AC

Scope of Services:

Franchisee:

·         Appoint qualified phlebotomist at store and ensure services are delivered at store between 7 AM to 8 PM

·         Promote and develop B2C business in assigned territory and ensure agreed monthly targets are achieved

Medall:

·         Provide induction & periodic training to the franchisee owner & staff

·         Medall Sales person will make joint calls with franchisee owner in assigned territory to develop business

·         Sample transportation from collection center to nearest processing lab and deliver reports to center as per TAT

Business Channels:  Franchisee will be allowed ONLY to do B2C business in assigned territory

Revenue Share:  All the lab tests segregated into 3 categories as

o   Routine Tests – 45% to Franchisee

o   Semi Specialized Tests – 40% to Franchisee

o   Specialized Tests – 30% to Franchisee

·           " As an exception for first 2 years special revenue share will be given to franchisee for TOP 50 Investigations"

Other Advantages of being franchisee of Medall:

·         NABL accreditation – Medall will show Collection center also under NABL accreditation and collection centers also will get exclusive accredited certificate from NABL.

·         Center will be  shown in Medall Website & will be included in all digital promotions

·         Special and best revenue share for all the new tests

·         Clinical support / IT Support/ Infra / Operations Support from Medall

·         Home Collections leads belonging to your territory will be passed on to franchisee

Location:    Ideal location should be in the vicinity of

-           Government Hospital / 100 Bedded Private Hospital /Around 1000+ families residence area / Medically active area with 10-15 clinics, Medical stores, local labs within 2km radius
