We MS Studio Private Limited, Bhubaneswar, Odisha dealing with Product photography,Fashion & Beauty Photography ,Event photography, Wedding photography and Packaging designing and innovation services want to open our Franchise office in other states except Odisha on the basis of following terms and conditions:

1)Person eligible should be of business background and ready to invest rupees two to three lakh for office infrastructure and maintenance.
2) We will provide camera, lighting materials and camera man for photography, person eligible should bear all other expenses like rent, electricity, transport and other feasible expenses occurred time to time.
3) Person eligible will be responsible for any type of damage to camera and lightings.
4)Person eligible is solely responsible for bringing job from market and MS Studio professionals are responsible for the jobs done in time with discussed quality.
5)Final profit will be distributed between MS Studio, Bhubaneswar and the person eligible in certain proportion, which will be fixed on final discussion.
6)Either the person eligible or MS Studio will give at least one month intimation to respected person for breaking of contract.
7)MS Studio will refund all the expenses incurred by the person on any movable or immovable assets purchased for running of business purpose only, at the time of final settlement for breaking contract.
