Addressing Social Issues: The tribal communities of Jharkhand have been adversely affected by the closure of the mining industry due to the Reserve Forest Act. This lack of employment opportunities has forced many women into low-paying and often dangerous work in the illegal mining sector.
Empowering Women: Loophoop has established a training unit to provide these women with the skills and knowledge they need to secure better employment opportunities. By empowering these women financially, Loophoop is helping to improve their standard of living and break the cycle of poverty.

Kanchan Bhadani, the founder of Loophoop, is a passionate social activist and entrepreneur. With over two decades of experience, she has been working tirelessly to uplift underprivileged tribal women and BPL families. Through her vocational training programs, Kanchan ensures that these women have the necessary skills and opportunities to achieve financial independence.
