During the year 2016, we started our business venture considering India as one of the largest manufacture and consumer markets for Smoking Industry retail (India is also one of the world's largest exporter of tobacco and smoking accessories and enjoys unique reputation in this industry). We came across one big question - 'How to start and compete in this highly profitable yet and challenging industry?' And we found, innovation was the answer to our question. This gave us almost instant success. It however, also came with loads of unexpected challenges.
