15 Lakh (Grocery Stores Franchise)

50 Lakh (Mega Stores Franchise)

Product Type: Grocery, Cosmetic, Stationery, Household Items (steel and Plastic Items), Kids Toys and Gift Items.

1 Crore (Super Stores Franchise)

Product Type: Grocery Products, Cosmetic, Stationery, Household Items (Steel and Plastic Items), Kids Toys, Gift Items, Electronic Items, Garments, and Footwear.

Franchise Benefit:

We will provide you MRP stock of your total invested amount.

3% per month fixed Salary will be given to the Store Owner on his investment.

1.5% of your investment per Month as Rental of Store will be given to the investor.

0.5% of your investment per Month as Electricity Bill of Store will be given to the investor.

4% Commission per Day on the Sale will be given by the Company to investor.

Store Stock will be Filled by the Company.

Software for Billing and Inventory will be provided by the Company at your Store.

Hardware like Computer, Scan Printer, Billing Machine will be provided by the company at your store. Toughened glass will be provided by the company for your store.

Racks and billing counter will be provided by the company for your store.

Air conditioner (1.5 ton), display fridge and deep fridge will be provided by the company for your store. Store board display an advertisement* will be provided by the company for your store.

Trolley and baskets for your store will be provided by the company as per your investment.

Hardware Inclusion for Store Development:

Fitting and fixture for the store such as toughened glass, furniture etc.Deep Refrigerator.Display Refrigerator.Display Racks and fittings.Computer Hardware like Monitor, CPU, Printer, Bar Code reader, computer accessories.An Air Conditioner (1.5 tones).Billing Software and assistance.Billing counter.

Payment Plan:

First Payment Instalment: 25% of Total Investment at the time agreement.

The hardware such as toughened glass, racks, baskets installation will be

done after receiving the 25% of the investment plan.

Second Payment Instalment: 45% of the Total Investment, within 10 Days

The furniture installation and computer hardware, billing software and

purchase/sale invoice assistance and 60% of the total investment Stock will be delivered will be done after receiving the 45% of the investment plan.

Third Payment Instalment: 30% of the Total Investment within 20 days

Balance 40% of the stock will be handed over to the franchise after receiving the balance 30% of the stock.

Final Payment Instalment: 15% of the Security Deposit within 25 days

Deep Refrigerator and Display Refrigerator will be provided by the company to the franchise and set-up the store for an inauguration.

Marketing Support:

a) Company will give Advertisement in newspaper and will do door to door Advertisement

b) Company will also provide pamphlets to Business Partners for promotion activities his area.

c) Company will give Advertisement in Internet websites and High Street hoardings.
