FROM COMPANY SIDE SUPPORT:

• Company will be responsible to advertisement of given products.

• Company is responsible for the stock dispatch at distributors door
step.

• Order generation will be done by company.

• Company has its unique Software through which orders will be
forwarded to Dealers.

• Entire stock responsibility for disposed will be taken care by
Company.

. That the First part shall supply the goods to the second part on

payments basis and the no goods shall be sent on credit.
