Eligibility

• A person with good track record & reputation in financial services/other business/social circles with a good client base.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in selling financial products as a Main broker/sub broker/Remisier/Mutual fund distributor/Insurance advisor/Financial Planner or an employee of existing Broker/Sub-broker.

Requirements – Minimum Infrastructure:

• Carpet Area – Minimum 300 Sq.ft
• Accessible location
• Two Computers with latest configuration
• Dedicated Leased line/Broad band/VSAT
• One Dealer
• One Admin staff / Marketing

Requirements – Financials:

• Terminal License fee – Rs. 250/m
• Security Deposit – Rs. 25,000 ( refundable without interest)
• Authorised Person fees – Rs. 5,000 (50% will be reimbursed after target achieved.)
• Deposit for VSAT(Optional) – Rs. 100000/-( refundable only after three years)
• Sufficient financial backup to meet out the working capital

Revenue Sharing:

• Brokerage fixed on case to case basis
• 50% – 50% Brokerage sharing at the initial stage
• Authorised Person: Company share in brokerage 60% – 40% for 150 Cr and above monthly turnover
• Authorised Person: Company share in brokerage 65% – 35% for 250 Cr and above monthly turnover
• Authorised Person: Company share in brokerage 70% – 30% for 300 Cr and above monthly turnover
• Above 350 Cr – Decision will be taken from the board
