There is a need to focus on better utilization of facilities at university and college campuses, PM Modi said, adding that like the last year NCC and NSS have a key role to play this year as well.
The vaccination drive has been expanded as new vaccination centres came up during 4-day 'Tika Utsav', PM Modi added.
