Role and Responsibilities:

As a State Franchise Owner for eSarkaar, you will:

• Invest in and manage the eSarkaar franchise in your designated state.
• Handle sales, operations, and promotional activities to grow the platform's presence.
• Appoint or dedicate yourself as a sales representative to promote and sell subscription models.
• Visit target clients and foster relationships with government officials, social workers, and public representatives.
• Collaborate with the Rebuild India Mission team, who will assist in appointing and training sales representatives.
• Promote transparency, accountability, and citizen engagement through eSarkaar.
• Contribute to national development by establishing and maintaining governance networking standards.

Investment Criteria

To become a State Franchise Owner with eSarkaar, an investment of INR 5,00,000 is required. This investment will be utilized to establish and operate the franchise within your designated state. The investment covers:

• Franchise Setup: Initial setup costs including marketing materials, training, and support.
• Technology and Platform Access: Access to the eSarkaar platform, along with necessary software and tools.
• Sales and Operations Support: Assistance from the Rebuild India Mission team in appointing and training sales representatives.

Terms and Conditions

• Franchise Fee: A non-refundable franchise fee of INR 5,00,000 is required to secure your franchise. This fee covers initial setup and support services.
• Profit Sharing: Franchise owners will receive a 25% share of the profits generated from subscription sales and other revenue streams within their state.
• Sales Responsibilities: Franchise owners are responsible for promoting and selling eSarkaar subscription models within their state through sub-franchisees in the districts. This also can be done by appointing sales representatives or through personal dedication if requires.
• Training and Support: The Rebuild India Mission team will provide comprehensive training and ongoing support to franchise owners and their sales representatives. This includes assistance with marketing strategies, client engagement, and platform usage.
• Revenue Potential: Franchise owners have the potential to earn up to 10 Lakh INR per month, depending on the performance and sales within their state.
• Non-Compete Clause: Franchise owners are free to engage in other businesses or jobs, provided they do not conflict with or compete directly with eSarkaar.
• Compliance and Reporting: Franchise owners must adhere to eSarkaar policies and guidelines. Regular reports on sales, operations, and client engagement must be submitted to the central team.
• Contract Duration: The initial franchise agreement is for a period of one year, with the option for renewal based on performance and mutual agreement.
• Territorial Rights: Franchise owners will have exclusive rights to operate within their designated state, ensuring no overlap or competition from other eSarkaar franchises.
• Termination: The franchise agreement may be terminated by either party with a 30-day notice period. In cases of breach of contract or non-compliance with terms, immediate termination may occur without a refund of the franchise fee.

Legal Agreement

Upon approval as a State Franchise Owner, eSarkaar will prepare a legal agreement outlining all terms and conditions, which will be securely sent to you for remote signing. You will be required to apply a legally binding digital signature and return the signed document electronically. The agreement will be verified by our team, and a copy will be retained by both parties. This process ensures a swift, secure, and legally compliant onboarding experience, facilitating your commencement as a franchise owner in your designated state.
