One of the busiest restaurants in the Satara district was first started by the Phadtare family in a 200 square foot space in 2007.
Starting with a single Chef & experimenting with recipes. DADAJ brought exquisite flavors in the layers of rice, spices, and tender meat.
Other dishes, including as the tandoor and leg piece, were soon introduced, with the Biryani remaining the most well-known meal.
Two Brothers, Shrikant and Prashant Phadtare worked day in and out to maintain the quality of taste and serve customers most amazing meals.
DADAJ biryani, which started out very modestly with all of the family members involved, is now a 2800 Sq. ft. restaurant with a 1500 Sq. ft. central kitchen & is now poised to broaden its reach both inside and beyond of Satara district.
