Once if you take Franchise, you will mostly act as a Super Stockest, maintaining stock of Rs 25 lakhs, by selling material to others as well as installations with margins from 5 % to 30%.

Dealership Earnings:
If Base Lift Cost is more than Rs 5 Lakhs then Rs 1 Lakh will be paid for installation and servicing the lift for 12 months.
If Base Lift Cost is less than Rs 5 Lakhs then Rs 75 Thousand will be paid for installation and servicing the lift for 12 months.
In the first term of the dealership, we recommend Dealers to give installation for subcontract by spending up to Rs 40 Thousand.
Apart from the installation and service payments. you will also receive
0.5% on the total contract value for every matured referral given by you
1% on the total contract value for if you do marketing and close the order.
1% on the total contract value for the projects which are assigned for lift installation, on collections.
On Old Lifts of Any brand within 20 km radius from the office
AMC can be taken and the training for the technicians will be provided by the company.
85% on the total contract value will be provided to the Dealer and 15 % loyalty will be provided to the company
