In Hungary, one of the most popular types of street food is something called a chimney cone which is filled with crunchy, savoury and sweet fillings. Bringing a taste of Hungary closer to Mumbai. The Chimney Factory aims to recreate the magic of Hungarian street food in Mumbai.
Lucky for us, we got an exclusive sneak peek into what goes on in their kitchen and trust me, it was a super fun experience.
Located in Shivaji Park Dadar, this cosy little space has super quirky, eye-catching interiors with conical shaped light bulbs hanging from the ceiling and walls painted with UV paint that glows in the dark. Their open kitchen space gives you a chance to watch your chimney cones being made fresh, right in front of you.
