Pooja Kansra, was a home baker in Ambala for the past 8 years before 2021.
With the love we were receiving, we planned to expand & started our first outlet in January 2021 in our home town, Ambala, with a goal to give the audience of Ambala a unique experience with our Cafe outlet.
We were successful in that, the audience loves our cakes, desserts, food, coffees & drinks, and the Cafe, being on the Chandigarh-Delhi highway has captured the highway audience as well & given competition to the likes of brands like barista.
Even travellers from abroad appreciated our coffee & food, which boosted our confidence in our brand.
In July 2022, we started our restaurant outlet to serve food from around the world to the audience of Ambala & people are loving the food & experience we have curated.
Now we plan to bring the experience to other cities in North India, be it in a kiosk model or a cafe model.
