Bangasree Jewellers started its first showroom way back in 1985 as a small shop in Sonarpur, South Kolkata. It was founded by Mr. Swapan Ghosh. It quickly gained popularity in the locality because of the Gold quality it used to maintain. Bangasree Jewellers was a sensation in the market in a few days. It had to shift to a bigger showroom in the year 1994.
The company had an aim to reach out to every member of the community irrespective of their income and purchasing power. This is why Bangasree Jewellers brainstormed the idea of 'Monthly Deposit Scheme' back in the year 1985. The deposit scheme is a big hit in the industry and is adopted by almost all the jewellers across the country and abroad.
Bangasree Jewellers' vision is to be the leader in the market in terms of sales and smiles. It has been able to showcase timeless jewellery which have stole many hearts.
Today, we specialize in producing and selling low cost Gold and Diamond Jewellery without compromising quality at any point of time. Our production ensures strict quality checking and customer demands of particular designs and items. Even before hallmark laser inscriptions, the ornaments have to pass through our QC steps. Diamond Jewelleries are manufactured at our workshop at Zaveri Bazar, Mumbai after which they go through a stringent test at International Gemological Institute for certification.
It currently has 2 showroom in South Kolkata and customer base which spreads out to every corner of the country with a revenue of more than INR 40 Million. Our business model requires a minimum of 400 sq.ft. space on a ground floor high street location.
