Roll No. 1, started in 2018, was an attempt to recreate the authentic recipe which originated in Bengal. Though there are currently many other brands selling Rolls, we concentrated in bringing out the original taste of this dish, from the crisp crust layered parantha to the spices and marination used for the succulent chicken kebab filling(Paneer, chaap and veggie Roll for our vegetarian customers).
