Shirdi Industries Limited was established in 1993 and over the years, rode the tide of growth. Most of the existing key persons employed in ASIS group, vendor and customers have long continuing relationship. Shirdi is also credited with largest investment by any company in India having presence in wood-based panel and laminate industry in the year 2005 by setting up of several green field plants to manufacture particle board, MDF board, pre-laminated boards, decorative laminates, furniture and laminated floorings.

1993
ASIS Group was established by Mr. Rakesh Agarwal in December 1993 with a modest beginning as Advisor on export, import & taxation matters.
1995
ASIS started handling import and export consignment as custom clearing Agent (CHA) with a view to expand already existing presence in Exim field as Advisors.
2000
Exim business was further enlarged by adding transportation through large fleet of owned and contracted trailers to help in moving cargo in/out from the Port and to make reach to clients.
2001
Asis Launched Eximkey.com the most comprehensive search engine on Exim and Tax Law and Trade intelligence since 2001 on free of cost basis to entire community. This initiative was taken by ASIS group as a CSR activity when CSR was not common amongst corporates and continues even today on complementary basis.
2003
After having established strong presence as Exim Advisor and Logistics player, the first manufacturing plant of ASIS was setup at Bhiwandi for manufacture of doors and door skins.
2018
ASIS commenced production of new Plywood plant comprising of 42 daylights at Pantnagar.
2019
New plant to manufacture Thin MDF Board was commissioned at Pantnagar.
