Distribution Financial Details
•Security Deposit: 5 Lakhs (lock-in period 5 years) and refundable after 5 years*
•Interest received: 7% (5 Lakhs ) annually on security deposit, but interest amount will be paid monthly
•Distributor Margin: 16% (first two years). rest of the years margin will be based on performance of distributor business
Note: * if the distributor wishes to terminate the agreement before 5 years, then the company shall be free to forfeit the entire security deposit
