A4 Clinics is positive social impact venture to reduce the burden of "unnecessary disability" in India from neurological diseases.
We aim to launch a nationwise chain of clinics that provide specialized and advanced neuro-rehabilitation including robotics and other technology. Our first center (owned by company) is in Indore and has demonstrated superb clinical and financial outcomes in one year.
This is a FIRST and UNIQUE concept in India as most of the providers presently are traditional physiotherapy clinics that provide relatively low-level therapy with poor outcomes leading to dissatisfaction of patient and family. Some high-end hospitals in Mumbai and Delhi provide robotics but are extremely expensive and beyond the reach of an average citizen.
A4 Clinics is making robotic rehab affordable, accessible and therefore scalable in India for the first time. Presently there are no direct competitors with similar set up available in India.
This is also a very low-risk and profitable business due to very high number of patients with neurological diseases in India. Therefore, a given clinic need to capture <1% of the market share in order to reach target revenue of 1 crore a year.
A4 Clinics is launched by Dr. Abha Agrawal, MD, FACP, FACHE (USA). She has spent >20 years of highly successful career in USA as a healthcare executive and patient safety leader.
This venture also provides a lot of social benefit and satisfaction as it improves the independence, dignity and quality of life for many patients in India.
