Most of the digital advertising happens on the televisions, mobile phones or computers and renders a gap between print and digital media due to absence of platform to reach highly localized advertising required for the local businesses with local customers. The impact of advertising in the local newspaper and magazines is limited to the readership and can not be localized due to distribution and readership issues. This works adversely with local businesses to relay on the traditional ways of consumer connects, there is an obvious need of a focused content delivery platform that is dynamic and relevant to localities.

TRIOO platform renders accurate advertisements of local businesses to local commuters thus enriching the reach and relevancy of the product or service advertised in the close proximity in captive manner. On an average local commuters spend 15-30 minutes in local transport and while on the way gets to view the advertisement content rendered online via digital media placed in the vehicles, customer remains up-to-date with the schemes and offers that are changing with time and gets to make informed choice on the consumption of advertised products and services in the vicinity…

TRIOO installs digital devices in local transport services such as autos and connects in real-time with the content stores hosted over internet, with help from GPS / PINCODE clusters these devices pull the locally relevant content from the cloud storage and renders the advertisements to its passengers. 

The devices are installed on the real side of the auto drivers seat making it easily readable to passengers and without disturbing the drivers. The subscribed advertisements are pulled down on the device via customized application running on the TRIOO devices and thus can be changed dynamically based on the proximity of the vehicles to the locality of the advertisers.

Franchise Partner: 

TRIOO offers opportunities for partners to franchise the operations and help enable the TRIOO reach across multiple cities and geography. Franchise partner should enable in minimum 50/100 autos and manage sales and field operations in the given PINCODE / Geo fenced area / Cluster subscribed on a revenue share basis. 

TRIOO application frame supports three slots ( Banner, Slot A and Slot B) in various dimensions giving a choice to advertisers, each slot renders the creatives for 10 seconds thus 6 times in a minute. thus total impressions possible per minute will be 18 (considering all three slots in the frame ) and almost ~1000 in an hour, assuming each ad should rotate once in 30 minutes for relevancy and recall, we can safely assume 250 slots available to commercial sale. We have a desire to dedicate 50 of these for the CSR/Community cause thus 200 slots are on the block for the sale per cluster.

On an Average if single slot / creative is sold at INR5000/per slot per month the total revenue will be 10 lacs per month on best effort estimate, even if we assume 40% revenue recognition amounting to 4 lacs with 70% share, net realization would be approx. 2.8lacs per month. We estimate not more than 1.5lac per month on operations cost with a net profit of around one lac per month. This run rate should continue to increase as the market penetration is achieved by the franchise, yet safer to assume that the investment return in 10-12 months. 

TRIOO will manage the technology stack ( App + Cloud Resource) and global marketing aids / initiatives and handholding for knowhow. Revenues will be shared as per mutually agreed ratio ( say 70:30, i.e. share to Franchise Partner and 30% to TRIOO on effective pricelis to start with )

Each customer will be on-boarded by TRIOO on realization of payment and Franchisee partner share will be remitted on weekly/monthly basis.

Sales Target

• Achieve 5 lac per month business per cluster
• Activate 50/100 vehicles in 3 months,

Service Charges

• minimum service charges 75K/1.5Lac per month ( depending on number of clusters in the given city/state or pincode) and/or 30% share of revenue which ever is higher.
• Plus one time non-refundable franchisee fee in the range of 1-2 lac depending on the cluster activation (50/100/300 autos) at the time of singing the agreement.
• All travel, conveyance, sundry expenses including logging/boarding at actuals to be paid directly in advance by Franchisee for business visits that requires TRIOO personnel to be present in field or locations.

Investment expected from Franchisee Partner:

Min 10 lacs Capex and 4-5 lacs opex to start the operations ( gives you run for about 4-6 months)
