|During your week of training at SuperGlass headquarters in Orlando Florida, you'll learn every aspect of the repair of damaged glass in a laboratory setting. Your technical training will include all types of breaks, how to work with temperature extremes and how to repair long cracks.|
|You will also learn how to keep your books, how to use your filing and accounts recievable systems and produce basic business records & reports. You'll also learn how to properly present your products and services to a new customer and how to retain these customers over the long term.|
During your second week of training, which will take place in your exclusive market area, you will be accompanied by a SuperGlass Representative who is an expert in presenting our services to customers and in repairing the glass. Together you will attend pre-made appointments set up by SuperGlass Marketing, with custom prepared literature for each customer contact, to present the products in a demonstration manner and garner the accounts on a repeating route basis.
