Smack The Next Generation Restaurant Pvt. Ltd. - Food trucks and food concession trailers are available in western countries for the last two decades but in India, there is no such facility except hawkers. So we decided to bring up this concept in India as well. We have launched India's first food concession trailer in the City of Lakes, Bhopal (M.P). 

The trailer is actually a self-contained fully furnished modular kitchen that consists of 2 refrigerators, 3 burners, 1 commercial gas cylinder, 6 feet long chimney, 3 exhaust fans, washbasin, 2 separate tanks for freshwater and wastewater, dustbins for collecting the garbage, 2 ceiling fans, cooler, music system, LED lights, generator, and inverter.

We serve Chinese, continental and Indian foods and beverages at different locations in the city of lakes at different times. Our mission is to make the good quality meals available at affordable rates near every corner of the country.

We cannot imagine human existence without trees. Therefore we have initiated a nature-friendly Mobile Billing System in which, our valuable customers will receive bills on their mobile phone instantly in the form of SMS. It omits the requirement of paper used in billing, and thus helps trees to prosper.

Although it costs us it can save invaluable trees at least up to a certain extent. We also offer filtered water free of cost. We use the noise-free generator for preventing noise pollution and a separate water storage tank for storing wastewater which prevents water pollution.
