We have a state of the art facility strategically located in Kolar with proximity to key markets of Bangalore ,Chennai and Hyderabad. Backed by an experienced leadership team, our superior governance in meeting the highest global standards in traceability , processing , bird welfare and effluent treatment makes us a leader in this field.
We are supported by our own farms and also tied up with farmers around the factory for consistent supply of quality birds with traceability and bio security. We are catering to organized retail and global QSR chains in India.
Our plant is a state of art facility, with an installed capacity to process 2000 birds per hour quickly scale up to 6000 birds hour. All critical processing equipment’s are supplied by globally reputed Meyn, Holland. We follow the traditional Halal method of slaughter as per the Islamic rights. We associate with Johnson Diversy for hygiene and sanitation of plant and DTS for the pest management who are globally reputed agencies in their respective area.
We have an in house quality control lab and adequate systems to monitor online quality parameters for quality of the finished product. We follow HACCP systems and procedures to ensure food safety and quality. We are certified by FSSAI, a stringent government body to issue certificate for the poultry processing and also approved by APEDA for exports. We have also received EIA certification for exports.
We have fulfilled all regulatory requirements laid by government to establish our facilities and taken utmost care to fulfill animal welfare laws. Water and air quality used inside the plant are of highest standards and fulfill the regulatory requirements of food safety standards.
With regard to staff excellence and welfare, we have built accommodation for 150 staff and provided recreation facilities with proper medical care.
