Ola Fleet Technology Pvt. Ltd. provides radio taxi services in India along with a car leasing model in which OLA bears all the cost of maintenance & servicing of the car, providing accidental insurance to the driver. In return, the driver has to pay Rs. 940/- daily rental.
OLA will give a business guarantee of Rs.56,000/- to drivers where the individual has to do a minimum of 5 trips in a day & they will have to log in for 12hrs.
12 hrs shift is flexible. They will get a minimum salary of Rs.17,000/- per month where initially they will have to pay Rs.23,000/- out of which Rs.3000/- would be the registration charges & Rs.20,000/- is the refundable deposit.
