Right from the onset, our aim at The Momo Station, was to re-invent and revolutionize an already growing market. The common man's snack has evolved over the years, but Momo's have become the clear choice of street food for our generation.

Keeping that in mind, we decided to get into this line by expanding the variety of options and delicacies, yet not alienating any part of the population. Being at a price which is affordable to one and all we started the journey of exploring all recipes which are receptive to the Indian palate!

From the branding to the product itself, we have put in a unique touch which appeals to all masses of society. The cart itself has been inspired by the vintage British carts still visible in places like Covent Garden, but with the stamp of the modern Indian railway station. From branding which details the location such as our Connaught Place outlet known as the 'Rajiv Chowk Station' to the time-clock, we have been keen on pleasing the new age customer who wants to have a complete dining experience, and not just consume the food. The presentation of the product itself is pleasing with an all black branding, and packaging which has the branding highlighted.

Our uniqueness lies in the product itself, with the different gravies and sauces providing a taste that appeals to one and all. The inclusion of Paneer, Vegetable and Chicken gives each customer enough preferences in itself; however, our speciality are the two gravies: The Schezwan& The Station Special, one being for the spice-loving Indian palate and the latter appealing to the ever growing community of Mayonnaise lovers. The expansion plan includes two more gravies which are in pipeline!

The Momo Station is an experience which has maintained bringing a sense of luxury in the product as well as the presentation to the common man, and we would like to continue expanding to deliver this culinary delight to customers around the country.

Management Profile

1) Karan Kakaria

Formerly with the ITC Hotels Division, Karan has headed divisional operations in many high profile social and corporate gatherings. His experience includes handling of key accounts such as the Indian Premier League, General Electric, and the Residence of the Prime Minister. After founding The Factory, one of the leading event management service providers in 2011, he has slowly expanded in the hospitality line by getting into the restaurant space and then formally launching his pet project - The Momo Station.

2) JayatiKhanna

From graduating with an Economics and Studio Art Double Major from Franklin Marshall, to working at the breakneck speed of the fashion industry in Bombay, Jayati has decided to pursue her childhood dream of being involved in the hospitality industry! She is the brain behind the look and feel of the brand, as well as the marketing expansion. To add to that, she considers herself to be the 'face of the company'

3) Yashodhra Singh

After being a student of history at St. Stephens, Yashodhra found her calling in the food and beverage industry because of her love for baking. From providing some of the most sumptuous cakes for get-togethers in town, she started experimenting with different recipes for her favorite food - Momos! The famous 'Station Special' is the genius brainchild of this self proclaiming 'home cook.'
