Right from the onset, our aim at The Momo Station, was to re-invent and revolutionize an already growing market. The common man's snack has evolved over the years, but Momo's have become the clear choice of street food for our generation.
Keeping that in mind, we decided to get into this line by expanding the variety of options and delicacies, yet not alienating any part of the population. Being at a price which is affordable to one and all we started the journey of exploring all recipes which are receptive to the Indian palate!
From the branding to the product itself, we have put in a unique touch which appeals to all masses of society. The cart itself has been inspired by the vintage British carts still visible in places like Covent Garden, but with the stamp of the modern Indian railway station. From branding which details the location such as our Connaught Place outlet known as the 'Rajiv Chowk Station' to the time-clock, we have been keen on pleasing the new age customer who wants to have a complete dining experience, and not just consume the food. The presentation of the product itself is pleasing with an all black branding, and packaging which has the branding highlighted.
Our uniqueness lies in the product itself, with the different gravies and sauces providing a taste that appeals to one and all. The inclusion of Paneer, Vegetable and Chicken gives each customer enough preferences in itself; however, our speciality are the two gravies: The Schezwan& The Station Special, one being for the spice-loving Indian palate and the latter appealing to the ever growing community of Mayonnaise lovers. The expansion plan includes two more gravies which are in pipeline!
The Momo Station is an experience which has maintained bringing a sense of luxury in the product as well as the presentation to the common man, and we would like to continue expanding to deliver this culinary delight to customers around the country.
