Product Range:
The entire product range includes the latest products of tablets, capsules, syrups. We have result oriented ayurvedic LIVER Preparation, Pain-relieving Oil, Immunomodulator, a uterine tonic for females, Joint pain ayurvedic Capsules.
We are looking for budding franchisees who wish to join the leading brand and earn profits.
Each FBP will be assigned an area of two medical representatives territories. It means he can employ two medical representatives. If some FBP's are interested in the bigger area i.e. 5 MR that is also possible but no franchisee will be given an area bigger than 5 medical representatives territories.
It will be mandatory for FBP to conduct all activities for the promotion of our products with in the area specified in the appointment letter. Any activity, direct or indirect, in any other area outside the geographical limits of the assigned area will be considered as a gross offense that will invite immediate termination of the contract without any notice.
Security Deposit:
Payments: Goods will be supplied against the advance Payment.
Orders: Only written orders will be supplied. Orders on phone will not be entertained as there is the risk of miscommunication either in hearing or writing the order. Minimum 1 order per month is a must.
The minimum value of the order should be Rs.10000/-(Excluding taxes).
Transport: The consignment will be dispatched by the most economical transport which is suitable for the party. However, if you have any specific choice of transport we shall try to dispatch the consignment accordingly. The cost of transportation will be borne by you.
Form No.38 / Way Bills / Road Permits:
For the places where these forms are required, we request you to make sure to send the form along with the order for a smooth supply. To avoid the loss of time, it is preferred that you send 2 extra sets of forms. If we have stock of road permit/Form 38/Way bills, we shall always be able to send short items of your order on later date without disturbing you and without losing time in asking another road permits/waybills/Form 38. hope you shall accept this request.
Breakages & Expiries:
As a uniform policy, the company will not entertain any claim on breakages and expiries. Goods once sold are not returnable for credit or replacement under any circumstances unless biological defects are proved within the biological life of the products as shown on the label/ strip. If a manufacturing defect is noted, please inform us in writing and on getting written consent from our side, the goods can be moved back. But date expired or broken items will not be taken back.
Forms:
Our preference is to insist that you give us a blank form for one quarter. If we do not receive form then we shall be compelled to charge CST @ 5% from our customers.
Short Supplies:
Multiple supervision is exercised while packing the cartoons. The company shall, therefore, not entertain any Short receipt claim. However, if a complaint is received within 48 hours of the receipt of goods, we will check the physical stock to verify the facts and inform the concerned FBP accordingly.
Promotional Activities:
Area wise exclusive marketing rights are conferred. The concerned FBP will conduct, at his/her own cost, all the sales-related activities including registration of products/ company, the appointment of field staff, chalking out marketing and sales promotion strategies, determining margins/schemes payable to stockiest, retailers and complying other rules & regulations of different trade unions and meting other statutory requirements.
Mode of Operation:
FBP operating through their own distribution network (having valid D.L. & TIN /CST No.) shall be required to submit a simple letter of consent expressing willingness to work on company�s terms.
Supplies:
The validity of the agreement:
There is no time-bound validity period. The offered association is for Life Time.
Target:
The minimum target is Rs.30000/- per month per territory of all the product mix. Each FBP will give 20% growth every year i.e. after 1year, the target will be Rs.40000/- per month per territory and after 2 years target will be Rs.50000/- per month. However, FBP can achieve any amount of sales in a given year. The highest sales will not be a negative factor because next year targets will not be based upon previous year sales but will be given as per standard rule.

Termination of Contract:
The contract will be terminated without any notice if FBP infiltrates the goods to other FBP areas.
Medical Reps / Manager:
The company will have no role and responsibility towards selection recruitment, salary, and expenses of medical representatives. All these expenses will be borne by FBP. The company will not be responsible in any form or way in any of the disputes with field staff appointed by the FBP nor will the company bear anything on their salaries or tour and traveling expenses. The field force and its management will be the sole responsibility of FBP. However, if FBP request for the working of a manager with their representative We will provide accordingly
Ownership of Brands:
The ownership of brands promoted by FBP will be M/s MCCOY LABORATORIES FBP will not have any claim in respect of the above-said trademarks. These trademarks will be the sole property of M/s MCCOY LABORATORIES.

Copy of D.L. Nos. and TIN /CST Nos. Kindly send all the photocopies duly signed by you as self-attestation.
All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of MEERUTs Courts only.
