Master Trainers from Masters Trainers Inc, a vertical of Stanley and David Associates, Banglore is a leading specialist training company, and has been imparting Soft Skills and Corporate Training to organizations and institutions all across India.

Established in 2005, SD&A has delivered soft skills training across leading companies such as Infosys, HP, GAIL, TAJ Group, EMC, Wipro, Government of India, International organisations such as UNION and the WHO. 

According to a National Skills Development Corporation study, India needs to meet the target of skilling 500 million youth in India by 2022. This validates the need for a large pool of Trainers in India to meet the target of training 500 million Indians across 21 sectors.

It is in this niche area that Stanley David and Associates has decided to focus upon. They have set themselves an ambitious target of training 10,000 trainers in the next three years; and a total of 50,000 trainers by 2022.

They are launching a MASTER TRAINER CERTIFICATE (MTC) programme, which they will conduct across India. These Master Trainers will in turn train others by cascading skills, knowledge and attitudes to the unemployed, under-employed and aspiring young people across our country and beyond.

The inaugural 3-day workshop will be launched at Bangalore during the 14^th-16^th June 2016, followed by a workshop at Dehradun during 18-20^th June; and thereafter it shall be conducted in all State Capitals of India; following which, the workshops will be undertaken across 200 cities in India.

Those who wish to pursue a Training Career / Faculty; Teachers; Lecturers who wish to upskill themselves/unemployed youth who wish to start a Training venture.
