Investment Details:

Step – 1 :Franchise agreement with monopoly rights. Pay Rs.83,000 + 18% GST

Step – 2 :Shop Advance, Billing Software, Mobile App, Containers, Licensing, Racks, Furnishing, AC, Fridge, etc.

Step – 3 :Purchase of Cafezone Coffee Maker, Milk Boiler, Raw Material, etc.

Required Steps to Start a Franchise:

Step – 1 :Identifying a premises with minimum area above 130 Sq.Ft.

Step – 2 :Send pictures of the premises on mail or whatsapp.

Step – 3 : Preparing Blue Print of the proposed premises by an architect/civil engineer.

Step – 4 :Send your signed application form-A with owner’s residential proof, ID proof, and 3 stamp size photos.

Step – 5 :Pay Franchise fee Rs 83000+ 18% GST and get franchise agreement

Step – 6 :Send the Rental agreement copy to our Chennai address/Email.

 Step – 7 :Apply for (GST/ISO/DL/FSSAI) license numbers (We arrange).

Step – 8 :Furnish the premises with essential and mandatory equipment

Step – 9 : Interview/shortlist/appoint/train all staff.

Step – 10 :Do Inauguration by informing the neighborhood in an informative and innovative manner.
